European Sport Events take part at the organization of this Elite U-12 tournament (Promises) takes place outside Barcelona every year before and during Christmas vacation. Top teams from Spain participate in this big celebration every December before and during Christmas vacation. The tournament last for 2 days with both group stages and play off
We invite medium-high quality teams from several countries to participate in the best Spanish football championship for U-12 teams.
Teams such FC Barcelona, Valencia CF, Atlético Madrid, Villarreal CF, Real Betis, Real Sociedad, Sevilla FC, RCD Espanyol de Barcelona and Villareal among others participate evry year
This youth tournament is one of the most important projects we do at European Sport Events promoting the growth of youth football. This tournament in Barcelona is part of our commitment to grow soccer internationally
Example of what a program can look like:
Saturday
10.00 am to 19:30- group phase
Sunday
09.00 am to 14.00 –qualification round and final matches
Sports Fields: Balaguer (Lleida) and Sant Boi (Barcelona)
Age: U11 Category (1st YEAR of Alevin) and U12 Category (Sant Boi, Barcelona)
Each team will count as with a maximum of 14 players, of which all participating clubs will send a roster to the Organization indicating the date of birth and the number that each of them will wear throughout the competition.
Starting line-up and substitutions:
The starting line-up consists of seven (7) players, including the goalkeeper. There will be no limit for substitutions. They cannot be replaced players who have been permanently expelled. Substitutions will be made without the need of stopping the match, with the exception of the goalkeeper, in which it will be necessary to wait and getting previous notification to the referee.
End of match:
If during a match a team is left with less than five (5) players, the match is over. In this case, the applicable result will be three (3) goals to zero (0), unless the existing result in that moment was superior.
Playing field:
This is in accordance with Rule I. of the Rules of the Game of Football 7 of the Catalan Football Federation, being the measures the same 60 x 40m approximately.
Ball size:
It will be No. 4 as set out in Rule II of the FCF F-7 Rules of the Game.
Referee:
The referees who will direct the matches will be members of the Catalonia Football Federation
Duration of the matches:
The duration of the matches of this competition will be as follows:
– Group Phase: One (1) time of twenty-two (22) minutes will be played
– Final Phase: 1/8 and 1/4 will be played two (2) times of twelve (12) and in 1/2 and Final two (2) times fifteen (15) minutes.
-Documentation: Each team must present to the organization THE FEDERATIVE FILE OF EACH PLAYER OF THE TEAM or PASSPORT.
The first phase will be played in the morning or afternoon and the 16 participating teams will be divided to 4 groups. The head of each group will be top level “La Liga” club.
There will be four (4) groups of four (4) teams, where the first two (2) of each group will classify to play a final phase during the afternoon
The following regulations will be taking into account:
- a) By the result of the matches played between teams.
- b) The difference between goals scored and received.
- c) The highest number of goals scored.
- d) The lowest number of goals received.
- e) Draw through a penalty shootout between both teams. *
Final phase:
The final phase will be played during the afternoon of Saturday. In case of draw at the quarterfinals, there will be three rounds of penalties. If the tie persists, alternate throws will continue, until one of the two teams gets one more than the other.
* Penalties can be thrown by any player registered in the competition. (no need to launch them a player who has finished the game on the field of play)
Final match: If at the end of the match the result is a tie, overtime will be played

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
The package does not include travel and cancellation insurance. All Clubs must have their players insured both on and off the field. We recommend you to arrange such special insurance for sport athletes for all your participants. (Ask your tourism agency or insurance agent). Staff and players must have their European Health Cards and private insurance details with them.
The tournament will not assume responsibility in case of theft or damage to property, injuries or other actions of the public authorities.
The tournament is not responsible for the damages that the participants cause to themselves or to other participants during the competition
